Starlight Enclave by R.A. Salvatore Review

I just finished reading Starlight Enclave by R.A. Salvatore.

Its a great new novel set in the Forgotten Realms. I found this novel very exciting to read, as it introduced new Forgotten Realms Lore. It is set largely in the unexplored north, beyond the setting of previous novels. A new Drow City is discovered, and those Drow have a very different Culture than those from Menzoberranzan.

The novel focusses less on Drizzt, but I think that can be a good thing as other characters created by R.A Salvatore are also very interesting.

Until now it has always seemed like Good Drow were always and big exception, but in this novel, there are so many good Drow that this idea is questioned.

Good natured Orcs also makes an appearance.  It was explained that in such an environment as the frozen north, there isn't any room for evil to thrive among any people that has some good in them. Not when the very environment is out to kill everyone; and of course there are hostile monsters as well to contend with.
